This workshop manual contains useful info about all technical aspects of the Giulia and Spider series. But its photocopy style and small images and figures mean it's sometimes hard to make complex schematics and exploded views. Useful to have as part of the collection, but it left me wanting more detailed info sometimes.

A cheap way to add to your Alfa Romeo workshop collection.Review date: 2002-02-22 Rating: 10 out of 10If you have ever looked for enough information on an elusive part of procedure for over-hauling or repairing your Alfa Romeo, you'll agree that you can't have too many Alfa Romeo workshop manuals.In my experience, the photos and drawings in any manual never quite provide enough information to keep me happy or totally confident so it's useful to have as many such books laying around as possible.
With that in mind, you can never have too many Alfa Romeo workshop manuals. This Brooklands book is a cost-effective way to increase your workshop collections.
There isn't much to say about workshop manuals unless they are dangerously innacurate or incomplete. So far, this book appears to have atleast the essentials you need to know plus a few little extras such as "Buying Secondhand" and "Hints on Maintenance and Overhaul".
These days, even I find it hard to get excited by the contents of this book but it's a valuable part of my collection and, in my early days, I used to rabidly devour the information in this book.
Finally, the quite low cost of this book mean you won't mind so much getting it grimy as that will be an inavoidable part of actually using this in the garage. Also, this book is nice and slim, perfect for chucking in the boot of your Alfa for that dreaded day when it breaks down miles from anywhere....
